RCM Healthcare Services is seeking Special Education Teachers for the 2026/2027 school year in Green Bay, WI. This on-site opportunity offers 4 openings across Early Childhood, Autism Focus, Intellectual Disabilities, and Cross Categorical programs.

Role involves providing specialized instruction aligned to IEP goals, collaborating with school staff and families, and managing a 37.5-hour week during the 2026/2027 school year.

• Strong collaboration with educators, families, and related services.
• Effective communication with staff and families.
• Strong classroom management and organization.
• Experience working with diverse learning needs and behavior support.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialized instruction based on students’ IEPs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational goals.
• Adapt instruction and materials for varying needs.
• Collaborate with educators, service providers, administrators, and families.
• Implement accommodations to support curriculum access.
• Maintain student documentation and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and MDT discussions.
• Support behavioral and social-emotional development.
