Qualifications

• 1+ year of data entry experience within an ERP system.
• Strong typing skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and portal.
• Open, track and close service tickets / requests for orders and repairs.
• Process requests for quotations by investigating historic pricing with field service input.
• Maintain a historical database for each customer and expedite requests.
• Coordinate with Test, Sales and other departments to solve customer problems.
• Build relationships and trust throughout the company and with customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
