Job summary

Allied Universal seeks a SOC Security Analyst to join the RSOC/GSOC team in Reno, NV. The role emphasizes patrols, incident response, and collaboration with client sites to safeguard people, buildings, and assets.

You will monitor security systems, prepare reports, and support emergency responses in a 24x7 setting. The position requires at least two years in security operations, strong communication, and solid IT skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security operations experience or equivalent in a 24x7 center.
• Ability to triage, assess incidents, and generate written reports.
• Proficient in IT applications and data entry with accurate logging.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following safety and site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and perform problem solving in critical situations.
• Patrol sites and operate RSOC/GSOC standard procedures during shifts.
• Monitor cameras and access control systems; coordinate actions to incidents and alarms.
• Produce high quality written/verbal reports for GPS management.
