Job summary

Oracle's Global Physical Security (GPS) Operations Team seeks a Physical Security Operations Analyst to own the local SOC operating model up to IC4 level. The role focuses on Shackelford, TX operations while remaining on-site at Saline, MI.

You will lead alarm monitoring, camera verification, escalation, and runbook development, coordinating with GSOC, security systems, and vendors to ensure 24/7 readiness and continuous improvement in incident handling.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in physical security operations or SOC.
• Hands-on with access-control, video-management, alarm-monitoring, and incident-management workflows.
• Lenel and Milestone experience preferred.
• Ability to create and maintain runbooks, escalation guides, and training materials.
• Experience diagnosing monitoring or system integration issues in live ops.
• Strong incident documentation and cross-functional communication.
• On-site work in Shackelford, TX and readiness for 24/7 ops.

Responsibilities

• Own local SOC operating model for Shackelford, including alarm monitoring and dispatch.
• Translate GSOC SOPs into runbooks and response workflows.
• Standardize investigation, documentation, and escalation across shifts.
• Maintain readiness for Lenel, Milestone, and degraded-mode procedures.
• Coordinate with GSOC, IT, vendors to diagnose gaps and restore service.
• Develop training plans and competency checks for SOC staff.
• Analyze alarm and incident data to drive improvements.
• Maintain audit-ready SOC documentation.
• Serve as local escalation point for SOC issues.
• Support GPS investigations with video and alarm data.
