Job summary

Oracle’s Global Physical Security Operations group seeks a skilled Security Operations Analyst (IC4) to own the Shackelford, TX local SOC operating model on-site. You will coordinate alarm monitoring, camera verification, dispatches, and incident logging while developing runbooks, training, and escalation procedures for contracted staff.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of relevant experience in physical security operations or SOC environments.
• Hands-on experience with access-control, video-management, alarm-monitoring, and incident-management workflows (Lenel and Milestone preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the local SOC operating model for Shackelford, including alarm monitoring, camera verification, dispatch coordination, incident logging, shift handoffs, and escalation paths.
• Translate GSOC SOPs, Alarm Master Matrix requirements, site post orders, and local needs into runbooks, job aids, and response workflows.
• Standardize investigation, documentation, and escalation of alarms and incidents to ensure timely and traceable actions across shifts.
• Maintain local readiness for Lenel access-control alarms, Milestone video monitoring, and degraded-mode procedures when systems are impaired.
• Coordinate with GSOC, Security Systems, Data Center Operations, IT, vendors, and guard-force partners to diagnose gaps, restore service, and close issues.
• Develop and maintain training plans, access readiness, and competency checks for SOC operators and contracted staff.
