Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Physical Security Operations Analyst to own the local SOC operating model at Saline, MI. This on-site role requires coordinating alarm monitoring, camera verification, dispatch, and incident tracking to maintain readiness and secure the data center footprint.

You will translate GSOC SOPs into actionable runbooks, standardize escalation paths, and collaborate with GSOC, Data Center Operations, IT teams, and vendors to close gaps and improve response performance.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of relevant experience in physical security operations.
• Hands-on access-control and video-management workflows.
• Experience with alarm-monitoring and incident-management workflows.
• Ability to create runbooks, escalation guides, and training materials.
• On-site availability at Shackelford, TX and Saline, MI locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the local SOC operating model including alarm monitoring, camera verification, dispatch coordination, incident logging, and shift handoffs.
• Translate GSOC SOPs into runbooks, job aids, and response workflows.
• Standardize investigation and escalation of alarms and incidents across shifts.
• Maintain readiness for Lenel access-control alarms and Milestone video monitoring.
• Coordinate with GSOC, IT/network and vendors to diagnose gaps and restore service.
• Develop and maintain training plans and competency checks for SOC staff.
• Analyze alarm and incident data and recommend improvements.
• Maintain audit-ready SOC documentation.
• Serve as the local escalation point for SOC process issues.
