Job summary

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join E-Therapy in Lompoc, CA, providing on-site services to PreK‑12 students for the 26/27 school year. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with an ASAP start date and compensation starting at $65/hour, commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA SLP licensure eligibility, and current ASHA CCCs, with school-based experience and knowledge of AAC preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
• Current ASHA Certification required
• Experience providing speech-language therapy in a school or pediatric setting
• Proficiency with assessment tools and pediatric therapy approaches
• Familiarity with AAC and assistive technology (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support communication goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and monitor progress to adjust therapy plans.
