Job summary

E-Therapy in Ridgecrest, CA is seeking a full-time School Speech-Language Pathologist for the 26/27 school year. Start date August 2026. This onsite role services K-12 students, with a 37.5 hour work week.

CA SLP license and ASHA certification are required; school-based experience is preferred. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, IEP participation, direct therapy targeting articulation, language, and AAC, collaboration with teachers and parents, and thorough progress

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CA).
• ASHA certification required.
• Experience in K-12 or pediatric settings preferred.
• Proficiency with pediatric assessment tools and therapy techniques.
• Knowledge of AAC systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide direct therapy targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques into sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Document therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input.
