AB Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for the 26/27 school year across California, including Los Angeles. The contract runs through the 2026/2027 school year with an ASAP start date and a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to the academic calendar.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech Pathology, ASHA CCC, and appropriate state licensure, and is prepared to travel as needed. Competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or related program.
• ASHA CCC and state SLP license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to travel and participate in after-hours events.

Responsibilities

• Identify students needing speech services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.
• Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
• Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
• Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
• Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.
