Job summary

Electronic Therapy in Lompoc, CA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 26/27 school year. This on-site role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) starting ASAP, with licensure requirements including CA SLP license and ASHA CCCs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
• Proficiency with assessment tools and pediatric therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support communication goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions and monitor progress.
• Document therapy sessions and progress, and participate in IEP meetings.
