Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a CEC Showroom Experience Manager in Irvine, CA. This on-site contract role oversees showroom upkeep, events, and client experiences, coordinating with product groups, marketing, and solutions engineering to execute hospitality programs and post-event reporting.

You will manage attendee lists, develop pre- and post-sale communications, and help drive showroom visits and revenue opportunities. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree recommended (BS/BA) in relevant field.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage relationships with vendors and teams.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the showroom with ongoing product upgrades in collaboration with product groups and marketing teams.
• Create and manage all hospitality, meeting, and training programs.
• Support post-event, training, and tour reporting with dates, attendees, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain attendee lists with contact info, company, and visit purpose.
• Prepare pre-sale and post-sale communications to drive attendance and revenue opportunities.
• Assist in identifying strategic events with partners to market showroom visits.
• Assist in monthly reporting for the executive team.
• Manage showroom meeting schedules with executives and sales leaders to ensure coverage.
• Plan and host events during and after hours, including catering and logistics.
• Ensure showroom spaces are prepared, demos are functional, and correct products are displayed.
• Host CEC guests, provide tours, and answer questions.
• Perform light technical maintenance and connect devices to Wi-Fi; coordinate with solutions team for fixes.
