Job summary

ASML US, LLC in the United States seeks a Customer Supply Chain Planner Specialist to manage site performance and day-to-day operations, building strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to meet expectations.

You will focus on demand planning, material availability, and cost targets, using SAP or similar ERP, Excel, and PowerPoint, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Business Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a complex, customer-oriented environment managing multiple priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer supply chain operations within the United States.
• Ensure service contract commitments and targets are met; secure performance reporting for stakeholders.
• Input correct demand into the system and act as key contact for Planning teams to ensure material availability.
