Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a detail oriented Case Management Analyst to support SharePoint-based case management environments for a federal client site, onsite 5 days a week. The role blends litigation support, document management, and data quality tasks to improve investigative workflows.

Ideal candidates hold U.S. citizenship with an active Public Trust, a related degree, and 3–5 years of data analyst experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Active Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 3-5 years' data analyst or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data handling
• Experience reviewing, organizing, and classifying large volumes of documents/ESI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Organize, document, update, and track cases in SharePoint throughout the investigative life cycle
• Support attorney case teams with data entry and updates to case trackers
• Perform data analytics and document analysis
• Manage document lifecycles including intake, indexing, processing, and archiving
• Conduct routine audits and quality checks of case data and repositories
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc case status and activity reports
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose practical process improvements
• Enable case teams to sustain improved operations after changes
