Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Litigation Support & Case Management Analyst to assist a federal client with case-driven workflows and a SharePoint-based case management environment. The role blends litigation support, document management, workflow coordination, and data quality control in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, active SECRET clearance (TS/SCI ability), a Bachelor's degree, and at least four years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree required; four years of relevant experience.
• PMP certification is highly preferred, but ability to obtain is required.
• Experience supporting litigation, investigations, or legal case teams.
• SharePoint experience with lists, libraries, and document management.
• Proficiency with Power Automate and Power Apps is desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and updates to SharePoint-based case trackers for accuracy.
• Serve as litigation support analyst for multiple cases or projects.
• Review, classify, and organize legal documents and ESI.
• Manage document lifecycles including intake, processing, production, and archiving.
• Develop document analysis and indexing procedures for consistency.
• Coordinate with attorneys to assess litigation support needs.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc case reports and support activities.
• Create or modify Power Automate workflows to streamline tasks.
