Tundra Technical Solutions in Jersey City, NJ is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement capacity management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will work with Capacity Management, Infrastructure, Cloud, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to optimize IT resources and services.

The role focuses on building custom ServiceNow applications and integrations, dashboards, KPIs, and supporting upgrades and release management in an on-site contract role.

Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Proven ability to design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for capacity management.
Experience configuring ITSM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery and Performance Analytics.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow custom apps, workflows, and integrations for Capacity Management.
Configure modules including ITSM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics, Discovery, and Reporting.
Build capacity dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting reports for resources.
