Job summary

StackNexus is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Englewood Cliffs, NJ to lead design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM, ITAM, CMDB and TSOM. You will implement scalable workflows, integrations, and automation across enterprise environments.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JS/Glide API skills, and experience with CMDB/ITOM; a CAD certification is preferred. Local NJ candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise IT/software solutions.
• At least 3 years hands-on ServiceNow development in complex environments.
• Experience building ServiceNow solutions for ITSM/ITAM/CMDB/TSOM.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, TSOM.
• Build and enhance ServiceNow workflows, automation, scripts, integrations, and service operations processes.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support data migration and platform modernization of ITSM/CMDB/TSOM data.
• Document technical designs, test results, and release readiness.
