Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds and amenities meet company standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and coordinate with the maintenance team to maintain a high-quality living environment.

The role requires the ability to handle work orders promptly, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively with residents and on-site staff.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA Type I/II/Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Mansioni

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Perform routine maintenance of grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Inspect and repair equipment while adhering to safety standards.
• Prepare units for leasing and move-ins, including punch lists.
• Maintain documentation and requested paperwork accurately.
