• Serve multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock products at designated customer sites.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow routing software-defined routes and maintain route guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements at client sites.
• Assist in creating new orders by engaging with customers.
• Identify additional Grainger product needs during site visits and collaborate with sales partners.
