Job summary

A B Graphic International (ABG) in Elgin, IL, is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Service operation, develop the team and deliver exceptional customer service while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

You will manage schedules, warranty support, customer relationships, KPIs, and coordinate with Engineering, Production, Sales and Software Controls to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading service/technical teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Experience with service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Service team, including technicians and administrators.
• Oversee daily service operations: scheduling, installations, warranty support, field service.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage escalations to improve the customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
