Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, engineering strongly preferred.
• At least 6 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with project management including equipment installs and capital projects.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Limble CMMS; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to present to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and facility projects from planning through completion, including new equipment installations.
• Implement and review safety policies to meet or exceed standards.
• Develop a formal PM program and manage department budget.
• Mentor, train, and supervise maintenance team; track performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors for maintenance work.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance timing with other departments.
• Maintain records using Limble CMMS and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely inspections and upkeep of facilities; maintain cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
