Job summary

RADCO is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Residences at Riverdale in Riverdale, GA. The role requires hands-on maintenance of multifamily properties, with HVAC troubleshooting, and on-call duties to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience and holds HVAC/EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications; a CPO is preferred. Strong time management and reliable transportation are necessary for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family.
• HVAC/EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Possess strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends, as scheduled for on-call service requests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the property is always well kept and maintained and address safety concerns.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Diagnose and perform minor maintenance including HVAC troubleshooting and pool maintenance, if applicable.
• Move and relocate appliances and materials as needed and assist in removing abandoned items.
• Complete all service requests within 24 hours, barring extraordinary parts or labor.
• Respond to on-call emergencies with prompt arrival and on-call incentives.
• Communicate clearly with residents, vendors, and coworkers.
• Demonstrate RADCO’s Caring values in all interactions.
