SitePro Rentals is seeking a Service Manager to lead our San Antonio service team and own the department's performance. You will coach and develop staff, manage repairs and invoicing, and drive efficient, safe service operations to support customers and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and business skills are important.
• Mechanical aptitude and service/equipment rental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your service team; coach, train, and hire while fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Own service department performance; manage P&L, workflow, repairs, quotes, invoicing, and resources for profitability.
• Put safety first; lead safety meetings, address hazards, and collaborate with safety leadership.
• Take care of customers; build trusted relationships through visits and support key service accounts.
