Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Service Manager in Mobile, AL to lead the on-site maintenance team and oversee all aspects of property upkeep. You will ensure timely service, train staff, and manage projects while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years hands-on maintenance experience and prior supervisory experience, with EPA/CFC certification and a valid driver's license. This is a hands-on leadership position within a property management setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• EPA or CFC certification required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, and inspire the on-site maintenance team.
• Manage all aspects of apartment maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliances).
• Ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours (gold standard).
• Prepare market-ready apartments within 3–5 days.
• Keep maintenance logs, manage inventory, and maintain equipment.
