Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1-7 years’ experience preferably with heavy equipment.
• Proficient with SolidWorks.
• Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design engineer for mobile heavy equipment attachments and systems.
• Create and maintain component and assembly models and drawings.
• Report on the status of drafting projects in development.
• Bill of Materials maintenance within manufacturing software (ERP System).
• Manage tasks assigned by Project Engineers.
• Complete tasks required for changes in accordance with ECN (Engineering Change Notice) process.
• Work with production and service personnel as build design updates.
• Occasional travel to job sites & supplier facilities.
