Responsibilities

• Provide day to day supervision of employee job execution, including training, performance evaluation and employee relations.
• Receive daily service calls and work orders; assign tasks and verify completion.
• Monitor shop personnel and assist in performance reviews.
• Schedule work hours and time off the job; ensure adequate resources.
• Collect service and rental tickets daily from field instrument technicians.
• Complete phone-in and over-the-counter service transactions; assist admin duties.
• Comply with NOV policies and HSE procedures.
