Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Certifications: H2S, SafeLand and DOT when driving vehicles >10,001 GVWR.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits and comply with safety, quality, health and environmental policies.
• Installing and testing of equipment in accordance with operating procedures.
• Servicing equipment as requested by customers according to maintenance procedures.
• Repairing equipment as requested by customers due to field malfunctions.
• Maintain service vehicle and tools, report required repairs to Branch Manager.
• Prepare Field Service Orders, Rental Tickets and customer required documents.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing timely and competent service.
• Identify and ensure appropriate tools, backup equipment and parts are available for service.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
