Job summary

Ranger Energy Services in Pleasanton, Texas, is seeking a Shop Hand to support daily shop operations and upkeep of rental equipment. The role focuses on cleaning, organizing, and basic maintenance to keep facilities and gear in ready condition.

You will assist with equipment installation, loading/unloading supplies, and inventory checks. Proficiency with MS Excel and a valid driver’s license are valued; flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform manual labor required to maintain facility.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize the shop and surrounding areas, including the wash bay.
• Perform standard facilities maintenance to keep the facility in working order.
• Assist with general repair of equipment and maintenance of rental gear.
• Install and maintain equipment as needed.
• Assist in loading and unloading of supplies and equipment.
• Gather and deliver necessary equipment and parts to rig locations.
• Perform inventory checks of the parts cage to ensure correct equipment is available.
