Job summary

Opifex-Synergy in Texas seeks a dedicated Field Technician to oversee on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of heavy equipment. You will diagnose errors, implement solutions, and provide timely service reports while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, diesel engine knowledge, and a valid driver's license; you will travel to job sites, work flexible shifts, and collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Proven field service experience.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment to ensure proper working condition on site or in the shop.
• Performs routine equipment upkeep and safety reviews.
• Inspects, repairs, reconditions, and adjusts heavy equipment and completes related paperwork.
• Communicates with customers to ensure quality service and satisfaction.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports and operate safely on site.
