Responsibilities

Perform advanced MIG welding on structural and custom fabricated components.
Perform Flux-Core welding for heavy-duty and structural applications.
Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and production specifications.
Set up and adjust welding equipment and parameters properly.
Maintain high-quality weld appearance and structural integrity.
Identify and correct welding or fabrication issues.
Assist in training and mentoring junior welders when needed.
Maintain safe work practices and follow all company safety procedures.
