Top Metal Solutions is seeking a Precision Fabricator - Level 1 in Adkins, TX. The role focuses on advanced fabrication, layout, and assembly of structural and custom metal components with tight tolerances.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of fabrication experience, strong blueprint interpretation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position offering growth opportunities and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of fabrication experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong blueprint reading and layout interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints accurately
• Fabricate racks, containers, frames, and structural assemblies with precision
• Perform layout, fitting, squaring, and assembly of fabricated components
• Maintain tight tolerances and dimensional accuracy throughout fabrication processes
• Build, modify, and improve templates, fixtures, and production jigs
• Perform GMAW and FCAW-G welding as required for fabrication projects
• Complete small fabrication projects independently from layout to final assembly
• Identify fit-up, dimensional, or fabrication issues before production
• Support production efficiency and repeatability through fixture and workflow improvements
• Work closely with production and fabrication teams to improve manufacturing processes
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
