Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and contracts.
• Experience with risk assessment and decision-making on site.
