Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD, responsible for leading and overseeing construction projects from planning through closeout. This position coordinates project schedules, budgets, and resources, and works closely with owners, general contractors, developers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing plans and specifications, managing subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring site progress, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Senior Project Manager prepares and tracks project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports, and provides regular updates to stakeholders. This role also mentors project teams, supports continuous improvement, and promotes the company’s commitment to integrity, safety, and high-quality work.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in site work, utilities, paving, and commercial building projects.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control using project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations, including site development and civil work practices.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain effective vendor and client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination.
• Demonstrated capability in risk assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making in a fast-paced field environment.
• Commitment to safety standards and experience implementing jobsite safety protocols and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with construction-related software (e.g., scheduling tools, GPS or surveying systems) and core office applications.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Baltimore, MD, with flexibility to visit multiple project locations as needed.
