Job summary

SNI Companies is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Site work Construction) to lead multiple large-scale projects in Baltimore County, MD. You will provide planning, scheduling and hands-on management, with accountability for project Profit & Loss and successful, on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with clients, estimators, project superintendents and government entities, oversee labor loading and cost metrics, and drive corrective actions to keep projects within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field; experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years PM experience in commercial/site construction and civil/highway paving.
• Strong business, analytical leadership and communication skills.
• CPM scheduling, P6 document control, and cost estimating experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with client, estimator, project superintendent and government entities; monitor and control construction to complete on time and within budget.
• Determine labor loading; participate in cost, quality and delivery metrics; analyze profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
• Understand revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections; make informed decisions.
