Fairways at Derby in Derby, KS, is seeking a reliable full-time Senior Maintenance Technician to support the Community and Maintenance Directors in addressing resident needs and performing preventative maintenance. Living on-site offers a time-saving, convenient arrangement for daily tasks.

The role requires handling maintenance requests, performing repairs, and conducting property inspections with a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• General customer service and commitment to resident satisfaction.
• Past property maintenance experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, lighting, and basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Help with grounds when needed.
• Advise, lead, and repair equipment and units per Lindsey Management standards.
• Must be available on-call as needed.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.
