Dial Senior Living in Prairie Village, KS, is seeking a Maintenance professional to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems while maintaining safety standards and a high level of resident satisfaction.

You will complete service requests, ensure units are rent-ready, and promote safe work practices, with occasional weekend support and potential supervision of others.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Must be age 18 or older.
• 1-year experience in property management maintenance.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• Handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform turn-key work to ensure vacant apartment homes are rent ready.
• Maintain customer service standards; respond to resident requests and resolve issues.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with laws and safety standards.
• Assist with organizing service requests and maintenance tasks.
• May supervise work of team members or outside contractors.
• Occasional weekend work for events or emergencies.
