Living on-site reduces commute time and provides convenient coverage for on-call duties. The ideal candidate has experience in various maintenance disciplines, strong organization, and a focus on resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint walls, repair drywall, replace lighting, and perform basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Assist with grounds maintenance as needed.
• Follow Lindsey Management standards for equipment and unit repairs.
• Be available on-call as needed.
• Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.

Fairways at Derby - Maintenance Full Time Regular Fairways Derby, Derby, KS, US

We are seeking a reliable full-time Senior Maintenance Technician for our beautiful community,Fairways at Derby !

In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of residents, as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community. You will have the benefit of living on-site, saving time and gas every day!

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Helping with the grounds when needed
• Advise, Lead, and Repair equipment and units per Lindsey Management standards
• Must be available on-call as needed
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• General customer service and commitment to resident satisfaction
• Past property maintenance experience preferred

A plus if you are HVAC or CPO Certified!
