Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT/MIS experience.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Windows-based network environments.
• Experience with LAN/WAN administration and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Experience installing and configuring operating systems, printers, hardware, and business applications.
• Experience supporting end users in a client‑server environment.
• Experience with user administration and access management.
• Familiarity with IT help desk/ticketing systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software.
• Support LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and remote access.
• Maintain network and computer system security.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.
• Resolve IT help desk tickets received through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• Install and maintain operating systems, applications, printers, and workstations.
• Support Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Monitor system and network performance and recommend improvements.
• Support server environments, including Terminal Server and Citrix.
• Assist users with software selection, usage, and technical issues.
• Create and support customized system reports as needed.
• Coordinate with IT vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Maintain vendor and contract renewal information.
• Support website maintenance and updates.
• Review existing IT processes and recommend improvements.
• Assist with IT-related projects and system upgrades.
• Provide occasional support during weekends or holidays when required.
• Perform other IT/MIS-related duties as assigned.
