Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5+ years of related experience or a Master's with 3+ years, in engineering or military context.
• Must hold a current U.S. Government Secret clearance or be in Continuous Evaluation; SAP clearance is required.
• Must possess IAM Level II (8140) certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure and manage Lab infrastructure.
• Lead desktop virtualization and host system administration.
• Provide network and security support for multi-classification development environments.
• Develop software/automation tools for customer development and maintenance teams.
• Configure hardware-in-the-loop tests and avionics integration in test environments.
• Create and maintain aircraft simulations and test stations (MSITS/VSITS).
• Establish secure cyber networking between test systems and components.
• Document procedures, results and best practices for ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve integration issues and stay aligned with program goals.
• Research industry trends and emerging tech relevant to test stations and cyber systems.
