Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks Principal Cyber Systems Engineers to support information systems, network design, operation, and security at the Eglin AFB, FL location. The role is on-site, full-time and requires readiness for travel and shift variability.

Applicants must have a Top Secret/SCI clearance; SAP clearance may be required. You will design, deploy, and manage lab infrastructure, perform HITL simulations, and integrate avionics into test environments.

Qualifications

• Clearance required: Top Secret/SCI with update within 6 years.
• Ability to obtain SAP clearance before start; SAP clearance required for employment.
• Experience managing Windows Server/AD via PowerShell and MCM.
• Expertise with VMware platforms and desktop/server administration.
• Familiarity with monitoring/security tools (Splunk, Nessus, SolarWinds).
• Experience with lab/test infrastructure and cyber systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and manage lab infrastructure.
• Lead desktop virtualization and host system administration.
• Perform network and security functions across multiple dev environments.
• Develop software/tools for customer development and maintenance.
• Configure HITL testing and simulations; integrate avionics test environments.
• Support test stations (MSITS, VSITS) for comprehensive testing.
• Collaborate to resolve integration issues and ensure system performance.
• Document procedures, results, and best practices for compliance.
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to test stations.
