Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial, industrial, or civil construction projects valued at $50 million or more.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects (data centers, healthcare facilities, transportation infrastructure, industrial facilities, high-rise buildings).
• Thorough knowledge of building, electrical, life-safety and construction codes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource planning.
• Ability to review and interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and contract documents for project execution.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large-scale projects and mentor field leadership teams across multiple locations.
• Manage project execution per contract terms, ensuring compliance with specifications and owner expectations.
• Serve as the technical authority on drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and constructability.
• Lead planning and controls: budgeting, forecasting, manpower planning, procurement coordination, and schedule management.
• Champion safety and quality by enforcing safety policies and quality control programs.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, engineers, subcontractors and trade partners to resolve challenges.
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Perform other duties as needed to support operations.
