Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking an On-Site Senior Construction Manager to lead the installation of PLC-based automation systems for data center clients. You will coordinate with internal teams, the General Contractor, and trade partners to ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance on site.

Candidates should have a BS in Engineering/Construction Management and at least 10 years of large project construction experience, with strong low voltage installation knowledge and subcontractor management

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent educational background.
• 10 years of experience in large project construction management.
• Knowledge and expertise of Low Voltage installation of conduit, cable, etc.
• Proficiency in the utilization of project and construction management principles, methods, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of PLC-based automation systems for data center projects.
• Manage on-site subcontractor scope, schedule, and budget as defined with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate communications between client, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop staffing, resource, and quality control plans to meet client schedules.
• Identify risks, secure change orders, and ensure adherence to contract requirements.
• Promote collaboration and embody core values to support client and team success.
