Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking an On-Site Construction Manager to oversee installation phases of data center projects, coordinating with general and subcontractors and our internal team to meet deadlines and budget.

You must be local to Frederick, report on-site, and bring a BS in engineering with 10 years of project/construction management, plus experience with industrial controls and subcontractor management.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent
• 10 years in project and/or construction management environment
• Experience in industrial controls for data centers/building management/CM industries
• Experience in building construction and managing subcontractors
• DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation scope and schedule for Data Center projects
• Ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of installation work
• Coordinate communications between client and subcontractors with Lead PM
• Develop labor resource plan and quality control plan
• Maintain scope control and compliance with contracts and change orders
• Forecast project costs and manage cost at completion and contingencies
• Ensure resources are allocated optimally and report progress to team and client
• Act as ambassador for E Tech Group and core values
