E Tech Group is seeking a skilled Construction Manager for mission-critical data center projects. The role focuses on overseeing construction, startup, and commissioning with emphasis on low voltage, controls, and automation systems across multiple trades.

You will coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects in mission-critical environments.
• Strong background in low voltage systems, controls, and automation technologies.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction and commissioning of mission-critical data center projects, focusing on low voltage, controls, and automation.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders across all construction phases.
• Oversee installation and integration of structured cabling, BMS/EPMS, environmental monitoring, and process instrumentation.
• Lead startup and commissioning of installed equipment and verify design intent alignment.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specs, codes, and safety.
• Track progress, manage schedules, resolve issues, and elevate risks as needed.
• Maintain documentation of construction activities, changes, and testing.
• Communicate updates to upper management and align with project leadership.
• Champion E Tech Group core values and professional development of associates.
