Job summary

E Tech Group in Port Washington, WI is seeking an on-site Construction Manager to lead installation phases of Data Center projects and ensure technical success.

You will coordinate with General and Subcontractors, report to the Lead Project Manager, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining safety and quality. Local candidates with a BS Engineering and 10 years in construction are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years in project and/or construction management environment.
• Experience in industrial controls for data centers, building management, consumer products, automotive, food & beverage, process industries, energy management, or similar.
• Experience in building construction and managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of subcontractor scope and schedule for installation of Data Center projects.
• Deliver installation portion on time and under budget per project plan.
• Maintain communications between client and subcontractors with Lead Project Manager.
• Develop project labor resource plan and quality control plan to meet schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain project cost budgets and reports; forecast costs to avoid overruns.
