• Develop complete machining strategies for complex tool- and part-sets.
• Program, set up, prove out, and run advanced mill, lathe, and multi-axis work.
• Optimize cycle time, tool life, workholding, inspection, and repeatability.
• Review drawings and provide design-for-manufacturing feedback before release.
• Support wire or sinker EDM programming and electrode planning when qualified.
• Train machinists and establish reliable setup sheets and methods.
