Job summary

EMD Electronics is seeking an Operations Supervisor for MEGASYS® to manage technicians and oversee gas and chemical management in semiconductor environments. The role requires coordinating projects, scheduling, and customer interface across shifts while traveling as needed.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in manufacturing, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and a strong focus on safety and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in semiconductor, chemical or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma or GED with 8+ years in a semiconductor, chemical or manufacturing setting.
• 1+ years of leadership, mentoring, coaching, or supervisory experience in electronics/chemical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians' daily activities and ensure safety and quality targets.
• Oversee shift handoffs and communicate customer expectations and deadlines.
• Act as main customer contact for Operations and project activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement changes across shifts with compliance.
• Monitor equipment and services, escalate issues as needed to customers.
• Maintain shift schedules and provide performance feedback to employees.
