Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor - Lieutenant in Alabama. The role oversees the on-site security function, staffing, training, and compliance for a client site. Starting base pay is $20 per hour with shifts 5:00 AM–1:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM.

Requires 2 years security experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to walk/stand for long periods. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; licensing and state requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect quality of service and contract compliance on shift.
• Support payroll, incident reports, and post orders as needed.
• Provide direction and disciplinary action as required to staff.
