Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Security Supervisor for a facility near Tinton Falls, NJ. The role oversees security on-site, staffing, training, scheduling, and compliance with contract terms.

Starting salary is $22.20 per hour. The ideal candidate has security experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with eligible licensing requirements and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing for security.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of security on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll review, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce post orders.
