Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations for a client site in Puerto Rico. The role covers staffing, scheduling, training, and daily administration to ensure high quality service and contract compliance.

The Site Supervisor will supervise personnel, coordinate with management, and ensure regulatory and licensing requirements are met. You will lead incident reporting and post orders while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass state-required training or other licensing.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• One year of verifiable supervisory experience in security (or higher education).
• At least 18 years old (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel meet contract requirements.
• Maintain overtime to minimum or preset AUS requirements.
• Inspect personnel performance for contract compliance and service quality.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys/post orders.
