Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in Maumelle, AR. The role covers the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, ensuring training/compliance, managing overtime, and maintaining high service standards. Must meet basic education/licensing requirements and have supervisory security experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: service in active-duty military, reserves, National Guard; Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; minimum of one year supervisory experience; or associate degree or higher.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel assigned to the site.
• Maintain contract-required training and screening for security personnel.
• Keep overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regular inspections of personnel.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding duties.
